Research is conducted to evaluate the validity of a hypothesis or an interpretive frame work, to assemble a body of substantive knowledge and finding for sharing them in appropriate manners, also improve understanding of your profession and policy context organizationally, locally and nationally, enabling you to teach and lead more strategically and effectively.
